John Smith (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to take custom apparel and promotional-goods orders. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, or message us through this site, we may collect:

Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
Order details — garment selections, colors, sizes, quantities, order notes, and any artwork or logo files you upload.
Shipping and pickup information — the address or details needed to get your order to you.
Messages — the conversations you have with us through the ordering interface or by email.
Payment information — collected and processed entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number on our systems.

How we use your information

To prepare quotes and produce and deliver your order.
To communicate with you about your order — confirmations, questions, proofs, and status updates.
To take payment and issue receipts or refunds.
To provide customer support and keep a record of your order history with us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How this site works

Our ordering site and customer messaging run on Squeej, the platform we use to build quotes, take orders, and stay in touch with you. Squeej stores and processes this information on our behalf as our service provider, under its own security and privacy practices. The site also includes an AI ordering assistant that helps build and price your order; your conversation is used to help with that order and improve your experience, not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the business. The main ones that may handle your data:

Squeej — our ordering, quoting, and messaging platform (hosting, database, and file storage for this site).
Stripe — secure payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
Email delivery — we use email to send order-related messages. If we correspond with you by email, that message lives in our email provider's systems as any email would.

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices; we encourage you to review them.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember preferences like your selected garment and interface settings. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and customer information so we have a complete history of the work we've done for you and can help with reorders. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll delete it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep it (for example, tax or transaction records).

Your choices

You can:

Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Request deletion of your information.
Correct or update your contact and order details.

Children

This site is intended for adults placing apparel orders and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

We and our platform provider use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let you know by email or through the site.
