Effective date: April 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of Squeej (squeej.ai), operated by Squeej (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Squeej is a software platform that helps screen printing and custom apparel shops manage orders, communicate with customers, generate quotes, and streamline production. We are a software provider — not a print shop. We do not print, produce, or fulfill any orders. We are not responsible for print quality, production timelines, or fulfillment of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Shop owners are responsible for their team members’ access and actions on the platform. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You retain full ownership of your data — orders, customer records, artwork files, designs, and any other content you create or upload. By using Squeej, you grant us a license to store, display, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the service on your behalf.
If you leave Squeej, you can request an export of your data. We will provide it in a reasonable format.
Squeej includes AI-powered features that provide pricing recommendations, garment suggestions, order summaries, and other assistance. These features are meant to be helpful, but they are not guaranteed to be accurate. AI suggestions are just that — suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all pricing, order details, and customer communications before they go out.
Squeej is a paid service billed on a monthly subscription basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that is harmful to us or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious abuse. You can also close your account at any time by contacting us.
Squeej is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will always be available. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeej and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squeej and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Squeej after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
